Board of Directors
The Board of Directors consists of twelve members of the Society who serve in a volunteer capacity. Four of the Directors serve as Officers (Chairperson, President or Co-Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer). Directors are elected by the membership for a one-year term and may be re-elected. Interested members are encouraged to attend board meetings and to assist and advise the board.

Senior Advisory Committee
In order to address the more complex, long-term strategic issues facing the Society, a Senior Advisory Committee has been formed. The Senior Advisory Committee and Board of Directors meet twice a year; in addition, the CMCAS Board will consult with the Senior Advisory Committee regarding issues on an as-needed basis.
