As membership in CMCAS continued to grow in both size and diversity while the role of credit risk management continued to expand, a Senior Advisory Committee has was established in 1998 to assist the Board of Directors in addressing critical strategic issues and planning initiatives that will ensure the long-term success of the Society.

The Committee, composed of past Directors, will address the more complex, longer-term issues facing the Society. In addition, the Board will consult with the Senior Advisory Committee regarding issues on an as-needed basis.
